Rates

Public Sector: includes Universities, Schools, Colleges, Housing Associations, NHS, Police Authorities, Voluntary Sector Organisations, Executive Agencies, Non Departmental Public Bodies and Devolved Administrations.

Voluntary Sector: includes voluntary and non-for-profit organisations (please note that Charities must be provide their Charity Number at the time of booking). 

Private Sector: includes those in the private sector

Can I make a provisional booking?
Unfortunately we do not accept provisional bookings, and all bookings are subject to our terms and conditions. However, we would be happy to take your details and give you notice before an event sells out should you wish to book at a later date.

Can I book without a purchase order number?
Yes you can. Simply email enquiries@insidegovernment.co.uk with the PO number as soon as you have it.

Delegate Instructions 
Delegate Instructions will be sent within 14 days of the event date.  We cannot be held responsible for the non-arrival of this information.  If you have not received it within 7 days of the event date, please call us on +44 (0) 845 666 0664.

Venue / Programme Changes
All events are full day unless noted otherwise.  Inside Government reserves the right to alter the programme or venue without notice.

Payment
Payment is due 30 days from date of invoice, unless the place is booked within 30 days of the conference date in which case full settlement is required within 7 days.

Price Rates
All prices are exclusive of VAT.  Special offers may not be used in conjunction with other discounts.

Cancellations
Cancellations must be received in writing to 30 days before the date of the event and will be subject to a £95 (half day) / £150 (full day) administration fee.  Cancellations must be sent to enquiries@insidegovernment.co.uk. Cancellations received after this time or not put in writing will be subject to the full delegate fee, which will also be charged in the event of non-attendance. Substitutions may be made at any time.

Inside Government will not able to offer refunds for cancellations arising from events outside of our control.
