DELEGATE INSTRUCTIONS: Delegate Instructions will be sent within 14 days of the event date. We cannot be held responsible for non-arrival of this information. If you have not received it within 7 days of the event date, please call us on 0845 666 0664.
VENUE / PROGRAMME CHANGES: All events are full day unless noted otherwise. Inside Government reserves the right to alter the programme or venue without notice.
PAYMENT: Payment is due within 30 days or less to the date of the event, in which case the full amount is due within 7 days or order.
PRICE RATES: All prices are exclusive of vat. Special offers may not be used in conjunction with other discounts.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations must be received in writing to 30 working days before the date of the event and will be subject to a £95 (half day) / £150 (full day) administration fee. Cancellations must be sent to enquiries@insidegovernment.co.uk. Cancellations received after this time or not put in writing will be subject to the full delegate fee, which will also be charged in the event of non-attendance. Substitutions may be made at any time.
Inside Government will not able to offer refunds for cancellations arising from events outside of our control.
