Established in 2006, Inside Government is the public policy division of GovNet Communications, the UK's largest provider of public sector training, forums, conferences and exhibitions.

Coronavirus update: In line with current public health guidelines, our events are going ahead as planned. Please rest assured that we are closely monitoring the situation and are taking all sensible steps to ensure the event proceeds safely and successfully. For more information, click here.

We work closely with our board of experienced Parliamentarians and leading public sector figures to develop policy-led forums on a wide range of topics to encourage debate and discussion between policy makers and front-line staff on the challenges and opportunities facing the public sector and those working with them.

Attendees have the unique opportunity to examine the latest strategic developments as well as examples of best practice through interactive presentations and case studies. They are encouraged to engage with speakers and other delegates on the day through dedicated Q&A and networking sessions.

Those attending an Inside Government event will:

  • Gain key updates from central government policy makers and leading executive agencies and associations
  • Learn from best practice case studies from sector innovators and trailblazers on practical strategy implementation
  • Examine future challenges and opportunities affecting their sector and how best to manage change
  • Network with likeminded professionals to share ideas for improved working and how to overcome challenges
  • Receive certificates verifying points towards 'Continued Professional Development' as all courses are CPD certified
